Adults or children learn how to apply more efficient technique through "best practices" by teaching each individual to use the right movements that improve performance and enjoyment.

A perfect way to learn better movements, gain comfort, confidence and a clearer understanding of "how to" practice the right technique.

Private 1.5 to 5 hour (2-3 sport) evaluation and teaching sessions with Marc Evans are available.

Most sessions include video taping.
