We teach one swimming technique at a time and spend the entire session showing you "how to" perform, establish a workout routine, and do it right.
Clinics are separate for adults and children and are often scheduled back to back. Each are approximately 2 hours. Pool and open water (season).
Swimming is a challenging discipline to learn and keying into "one" technique or skill is best, especially in a group setting. Everyone is working on the same technique, and it makes coaching more effective.
- Develop better awareness of how to balance and streamline with every stroke
- Learn every phase of the freestyle swimming stroke via clearly defined body positions and movements
- Learn how to control lateral motions in the hips and shoulders and improve kick techniques
Every level is welcome.
