Each clinic focuses on one "how to" technique of the sport.

The clinics are 1.5-2 hours for single sports and movement and 5-6 hours for triathlon skills.

Includes an introductory ltalk and demonstration of "how to" perform the techniques.

We teach "how to" make the movement or skill and the awareness of posture, position of the body and techniques that improve your training and knowledge.
